"Self-Care for Helping Professionals with a Trauma Lens: It's More than Just Bubble Baths!" is a workshop presentation by Sommer Neff of Sommer Neff Consulting LLC. Presented through the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, this presentation walks professionals through recognizing vicarious trauma, improving one's capacity to help others by helping self, and provide practical and sustainable self-care tools for those in the helping profession. 

"Beyond Washing Our Hands: Mental Health Hygiene During COVID-19" is a presentation by Monica Urbaniak, LMFT-S via the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault. This webinar can support sexual assault advocates develop tangible tools for self-care and mental well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

"The Role of Resilience in the Face of COVID 19 with Ann Masten, PhD" is a presentation through the American Psychological Association. This webinar provides supportive ways to "tap into your inner resilience and build it into your own family."
